General Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual framework for services provided by Qodile.

Services

Qodile offers free plugins for WordPress as well as web and WordPress development services, as a sole proprietor. Larger engagements (technical consulting, fractional CTO) are delivered under the Maystrio name and are each covered by a specific quote or contract.

Pricing

Prices are in euros. As a micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).

Liability

Qodile is committed to providing its services with diligence. However, Qodile cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered products.
